Great custom made jewelry is available to anyone with access to the internet and a desire for fine jewellery. We are happy to work with clients via e-mail, post and over the telephone. We take pride in making each item with more artistry and style than ordinary, mass produced pieces.
Consultation
We begin the process with a consultation session, either by calling us. We offer top notch service and creative insight from artistic professionals and jewellery designers.
Design
After looking over examples of what you like from your emails, your photos, your own personal sketches, idea book or any other source of inspiration, we will sketch or create CAD concept renderings of one or more designs for your approval. We will not stop until you say you are satisfied.
Wax Carving
If the piece is to be cast, and most are, we then create a wax master model. We do this by using a combination of our milling machines and hand carving to create the perfect blend of artistry and detailed perfection.
Casting
Once all designs have been approved, the jewellery is now set for casting. We cast most pieces here in our in-house gold casting equipment, originally created to the specifications of world renowned brands..
Setting
During this stage of the process, stones are set into your design. We never cast stones in place, an inferior technique used to mass produce much low quality jewellery made in the world today. We hand set our stones with quality care and old world craftsmanship.
1. How much does it cost?
We offer custom design services beginning at $1000; depending on the complexity of your piece. The design deposit is then applied to your final price as a deposit. If you decide not to purchase your piece the design deposit is non-refundable.
To begin the design process we require a $300 design deposit. 50% upon approval of wax, and final payment upon completion.
2. How many changes can I make?
You can make as many changes as you like during the CAD design process and prior to the wax creation. Changes later in the process can result in additional labor fees.
3. How long does it take?
This is really dependent on the complexity of the piece, deisgn changes, time of year, etc. Normally 3- 6 weeks from completion of design is adequate time.
4. Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing at this time. We do offer layaway and payment plans that can be customized to meet your needs. Payment plans do not include any finance charges.
5. What is your return policy on custom designs?
Custom designs are fully refundable, less any custom design fees.
6. What is your exchange policy on custom designs?
As a manufacturer, we do not maintain inventory, thus we do not offer exchanges.
7. About Estimates.
Verbal estimates are an approximation of price only, and all firm estimates will be given to the customer in writing. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are given. If an estimate is expired, we reserve the right to modify existing estimates to accommodate for changes in labor and material prices.
All estimates will have all center stone(s) priced out separately from other items listed.
Estimates on custom designs or repairs that have already started will not be changed without prior notification and approval from the customer. In order for a piece to be started, and for the estimate to be agreed to by both parties, a $300 design deposit must be taken on the piece.
