Terms and Conditions

1. You must be a prior Vivo Diamonds customer to receive your referral gift.
2. The referred person must be a new Vivo Diamonds customer.
3. This Vivo Diamonds Gift program is not in effect for referrals made on or through Internet consumer discussion forums.
4. All information on our referral form must be supplied at time of submission.
5. Only one referral gift per purchase.
6. Referral gift will be issued to the existing customer after new customer's 10-day (Calendar days which begin on the day Vivo Diamonds is received by customer) return period ends and sale is final.
7. The referral gift form must be completed and submitted prior to or at the time of purchase.
8. Participation in this program by our repeat customer and new customer means understanding and acceptance of all terms and restrictions of this referral program.
