Vivodiamonds.com is proud to serve our Singapore customers. We are pleased to offer our customers FREE Shipping on all Singapore shipments. Saturday deliveries will incur a $10 charge. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Singapore Time are processed the following business day.

For the safe arrival of your package, please note the following:

1. Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes);
2. All deliveries require an adult signature; and
3. Shipments must be made to the address listed on file with your credit card company. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process.

Once packages are shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number. You may click on the following link after you have received the tracking number to trace the delivery of your package:

Vivodiamonds.com is able to ship to a number of other countries. You may find our policy concerning all other countries here. Please note that Vivodiamonds.com reserves the right to refuse international shipments to certain countries at our discretion. In the likelihood that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

International Orders

Vivodiamonds.com is proud to serve our International customers. Orders to countries outside of Singapore must have an item total of $200 or higher. All prices and transaction amounts listed on this site are in SGD Singapore dollars. Orders to countries outside of Singapore cannot be placed through our online shopping cart.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to countries outside Singapore. VivoDiamonds.com offers shipping and insurance for customers residing outside the Singapore. The shipping and insurance for international customers is $150 SGD + 3% of total order amount. International customers will be responsible for any duties, GST, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

Shipping transit time for all orders should take no more than one day (if order is placed before 2 PM Singapore Time). Customs may choose to inspect your package, which may cause a delay of an additional day.

For your convenience, we offer several methods of payment. Your bank or credit card company will process all charges in SGD funds, as required by Vivodiamonds.com.

Use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card issued through any reputable bank. Arrange a bank wire payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount. (Please note that both the issuing and receiving banks will charge fees that must be included in the wire amount.)
